Notes: Manufactured From Black Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Rubber Material Using Original GM Engineering Drawings To Produce A Factory-Correct Reproduction Of The Original Grommets That Commonly Deteriorate, Shrink, Harden, Or Crack With Age.

This correct reproduction TBI fuel injector wire grommet replaces the original rubber grommet used on GM Cross-Fire throttle body injection systems. The grommet seals the injector harness where it passes through the throttle body housing and helps prevent vacuum leaks while protecting the wiring from abrasion.

Manufactured from black thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) rubber material, this grommet is produced using original GM engineering drawings to ensure an accurate factory-correct reproduction.

Hole sizes are engineered for the outside diameter of the correct Tefzel fuel-resistant ETFE insulated wire used in original GM throttle body injector connectors (150 degree Celsius rated, 600-volt cable).

Unlike many replacement grommets currently available that are made from hard plastic or 3D-printed materials, this grommet is molded from proper elastomer material so it installs easily, seals correctly, and functions like the original GM component.

Two grommets are required per vehicle.
